COVID-19 Guidelines

The last few months have been really tough, and quite scary. Now that things are starting to open up it feels quite nerve-wracking. For your peace of mind, I want to confirm that as always, the health and safety of my clients is of utmost importance and we will be adhering to the following:

🧼 The salon will be adhering to the highest standard of cleaning and sanitisation, including deep cleaning all of workspaces and tools, before and after every client.

🤒 In line with the ‘new normal’, if you are feeling unwell, start to experience Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to your appointment, please do not attend and call us to reschedule for a later date.

😷 We will require you to wear a face mask or covering for the duration of your visit. I will also be wearing PPE during your appointment and where necessary will be working from the “side of the face”, following government guidelines.

👩‍🦰 Please attend your appointment alone, unless you require a registered carer or you are attending a minor under the age of 16 who is receiving a treatment. 

⌚️ Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment, and do not arrive late. The reception area has been rearranged to allow for 2 metre distancing between people at all times and this will enable you to fill out your consultation form beforehand, should you need to. Please bear in mind that should you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment.

📝 You will be asked to complete a Covid-specific questionnaire prior to your appointment.

☕️ Magazines and hot drinks will not be available for the time being, but we will have bottled water available.
